Editing Issue Types

The Issue Types assigned to a case can be edited in the General Case Info section. Changes to the Issue Type are captured in the case History.

Important: Changing the Issue Type will remove any reported Outcome, Action Taken, and Custom Fields.

 

Editing Issue Types

  1. From the left navigation menu, select Cases.

  2. Select All Cases.

  3. Select the desired case.

  4. In General Case Info, select Edit next to Issue.

  5. Select an Issue from the dropdown list.

  6. Select Save.
